Fourth Grade

In 4th grade we have been working hard to learn how to live as images of God. The five units are based on the three persons of the Trinity, the Church/her Sacraments and finally Social Justice. The Beatitudes, Ten Commandments and the Stations of the Cross have been shared in depth. Discussions take place each week about the Sunday Gospel reading. We have practiced using the Bible to find the readings. We have also discussed how to pray the Rosary and the importance of all types of prayer. This year we have concentrated on the Feasts and Seasons of the Liturgical year calendar. All of this together helps us live peaceful lives as witnesses to God’s kingdom.
